Please ensure you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before you book with us.
CONTRACT OF SALE
Completion of the booking process and acceptance of our terms and conditions forms your contract with Perpetual Idea Project dba Pip Coffee + Clay.
Payment of the full class or session fees must be made in advance and should be made at the time of placing a booking. It is not possible to attend a class or session unless payment has been received.
We do not allow cancellations. We do, however allow both substitution and reschedule. Please see the terms below.
A substitute delegate may be named at any time before the course at no additional cost.
Rescheduling to an alternative date is allowed up to 48 hours ahead of scheduled class time and will incur no additional fee. However, rescheduling is subject to availability and Pip Coffee + Clay is not obliged to ensure suitable alternatives are available. Students can reschedule by clicking the "reschedule" button in their confirmation email.
Pip Coffee + Clay reserves the right to change the content, timing, date, venue or instructor of the course in order to provide a high quality service or where it is necessary for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel a course up to and including the date of the course if insufficient bookings have been received and will strive to give as much notice of this as possible. Individuals booked onto a cancelled course will be given the option of a full refund or of rescheduling to a future course date. Pip Coffee + Clay will not be liable for any losses or expenses arising from amendments to the course or cancellations.
TECHNICAL ISSUES AND BREAKAGES
Experienced and trained staff only will handle and fire your ceramic work. However, by the nature of ceramics there is always a risk of technical failure for which we cannot be held responsible. In other words, things break and we're sorry.
