Pip was founded by two graphic designers (Mara & KC) who live in the Phoenix metro area. Mara became obsessed with ceramics and started to look for a studio space outside of her laundry room. When she couldn't find one, they decided to create one. Like all little ideas it snowballed, and Pip Coffee + Clay opened its doors on 24th St in April of 2021.

Today, Pip has three locations, the OG in Phoenix, Pip Crafts + Clay in Culdesac on Apache in Tempe, and a new Pip Coffee + Clay in downtown-ish Chandler. We have a team of baristas, studio techs and teachers that we love, an awesome community of artists, and we’re still obsessed with ceramics. Yayayayayayay!!!
